Howbury Park, Bexley
Planning Application in Progress
Howbury Park is a 149 acre rail connected warehouse scheme providing London and the South East with a sustainable distribution park with modern multi modal connections, good public transport and an active labour supply. The site is allocated in the London Plan and a new planning application for the scheme – to update and revise the permission granted in 2007 – was made in 2015.
Howbury Park is located at Junction 1A of the M25, providing exceptional road links to south east main road network particularly the A13, A2 and M20. It is also situated on the A206 dual carriageway which leads directly into south east London.
The scheme is also rail connected as a rail freight interchange for container traffic around the country, to the main UK ports or to Europe via the Channel Tunnel. A passenger service is also available from nearby Slade Green and Dartford Stations, both of which provide fast links into Central London.
